ENCHANTED FOREST WATER SAFARI 

This position is responsible for achieving operational objectives, controlling expenses and managing aquatics supervisors, lifeguards and frontline team members in assigned area of responsibility.  This position is also responsible for ensuring safety & regulatory compliance.

 Specific Duties:

• Direct the daily activities of supervisors, lifeguards and water ride attendants;
• Review staff performance and administer employee development plans to include constructive feedback, disciplinary action and wage increase recommendations;
• Work with maintenance personnel to identify and implement maintenance activities, preventative maintenance programs & equipment improvement projects;
• Participate in team member training  to include in-service lifeguard training programs;
• Identify training opportunities and work with HR and colleagues to implement new programs;
• Review and suggest changes to area operating procedures;
• Work with Certified Pool Operator and Safety Manager to ensure regulatory compliance and a safe environment for guests and team members;
• Willingness to achieve lifeguard certification
• Other tasks and projects as assigned for the efficient operation of the business.

• A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience with progressive responsibility required;
• Experience/certifications in lifeguarding/lifeguard management & pool management preferred.
